Is Kamala Harris Qualified for Prez? - Marilyn Sands, Humor Times

Qualified? U.S. Presidents who didn’t read the ‘unwritten qualifying requirements’ & slipped thru the cracks!

Indicted Trump lawyer John Eastman wrote in a 2020 op-ed that Kamala Harris’ parents were in the USA on an expired student visa, so she’s not eligible nor qualified to be president.

Not so! Article II of the U.S. Constitution states that the candidate must be a natural born citizen of the U.S. – not their parents!

And, she checked off the other 2 boxes: Must be 35 years old & have lived in the U.S. for at least 14 years – so there!

I was thinking – we gals never get a break! I figure it goes back to Eve when she came into this world thru a Rib & later couldn’t buy a Condo in Eden! No References!

Here’s just a few unwritten requirements to be President that have bedeviled some of our past leaders!
