Old movies contain all you really need to know. Whether it was B&W or early color, 1940’s Movies conjure up something nostalgic in different people: Film Noir, Wartime Romance, Westerns, Mysteries, Corny Comedies, Tearjerkers or for me – ‘Science Fiction 2025’! haha
If you’re a Movie Buff you’ll get these right away – if you’re not – laugh because you may live longer & I need *the eggs!
And, if you get that – that’s from “Annie Hall” & I’ll get to the 1990’s real soon!

“MILDRED PIERCE” – Don’t have children!
“THE GREAT DICTATOR” – Don’t get ahead of me!
“THE BIG SLEEP” – 2025-2029
“THE BEST YEARS OF OUR LIVES” – Before 2016!
“NO, NO NANETTE” – Viagra doesn’t always work! Trust me!
“GILDA” – There will never be another Rita Hayworth – so step away from the mirror!
“GONE WITH THE WIND” – Open the window & ‘blame the dog’ works also!
“THE TREASURE OF THE SIERRA MADRE” – Sleep with your eyes open!
“THE OX BOW INCIDENT” – My 1st Marriage*!
*There was only one! haha
“DOUBLE INDEMNITY” – Buy ‘Allstate’ with the Blinds open!
“THE HEIRESS” – Only date ugly guys!
“MEET ME IN ST. LOUIS” – Sometimes planes make mistakes!
“GRAPES OF WRATH” – Cucumber, Carrots, SALMONELLA – what’s next Cumquats?
“THE POSTMAN ALWAYS RINGS TWICE” – Grow up! Sometimes your mailman reads your Postcards!
“GASLIGHT” – But ‘Electric’ makes the Chicken more tender!
And, “IT’S A WONDERFUL LIFE” – If you’re Elon Musk!
