Michael Capozzola created “Dr Quince, Pot Medicine Woman” as a stand-alone comic strip, and later the Sacramento cannabis club A Therapeutic Alternative picked it up for use as a cartoon ad in the monthly Humor Times magazine, beginning with the April 2017 26th Anniversary Issue.
Michael is a San Francisco-based Stand Up Comedian and a published cartoonist. Check out his panel cartoon series, “Surveillance Caricatures” here on the Humor Times website.
